along with a selection of Specialty Packages
for your wedding. If one our wedding
packages does not fit your desires or your
budget, we gladly will work with you to put

The Honeymooners Get-Away Buffet $3.75 (100 & more guests) $4.50 (99 or less guests)
Fresh Fruit Display, Assortment of cakes, cheesecakes, eclairs and cream puffs, lemonade and water. Served on
disposable serviceware.

The Open House Buffet $5.75 (100 & more guests) $6.95 (99 or less guests)
Gourmet Cheeses & Crackers, Vegetables & Dip, Fresh Fruit Display (in season), Spinach Artichoke Dip with bread,
Chicken Cashew Grape mini crossiants, lemonade and water. Served on disposable serviceware. Add Swedish
meatballs for an additional $1.25 per person.

The Designer Buffet $6.75 (100 & more guests) $7.75 (99 or less guests)
Gourmet Cheeses & Crackers, Vegetables & Dip, Fresh Fruit Display (in season), One soup of YOUR choice, and
either 3 additional cold hors d'oeuvres of YOUR choice or 2 hot hors d'oeuvres of YOUR choice, with lemonade and
water and served on disposable serviceware.

The Wedding Breakfast Buffet $7.75 (100 & more guests) $8.95 (99 or less guests)
Cheese topped Scrambled Eggs, choice of two breakfast meats: bacon, ham or sausage, country fried potatoes, fruit
bowl with yogurt dip, fresh baked cinnamon rolls, bagel with cream cheese, your choice of pancakes, french toast or
crepes, served with 4 assorted juices and your choice of hot beverages. Served on disposable serviceware.

The Temple Boxed Lunch $6.75 per person minimum of 15 orders
Delivered to the Temple Grounds for your wedding party and guests a nice boxed lunch consisting of your choice of
crossiant sandwich or hot sandwich, with choice of salad, chips, fruit bowl or veggie bag, dessert, beverage and special
added treat.

The Father of the Bride Buffet $7.50 (100 or more guests) $8.75 (99 or less guests)
The favored buffet of Chicken Cordon Bleu, Baby Red Potatoes, Steamed Vegetables, Garden Salad,  Rolls & Butter,
lemonade and water. Served on disposable serviceware.

The Forgein Affair Buffet $9.95 (100 or more guests) $10.95 (99 or less guests)
3 Fabulous food stations consisting of : Italian, with pasta and meatballs in marinara sauce, ceasar salad and
breadsticks, Mexican station consisting of chicken fajitas, beans, spanish rice and condiments, China station consisting
of beef and broccoli, steamed rice, chow mein noodles, fortune cookies, served with lemonade and water. Served on
disposable serviceware as hors d'oeuvres style. (Not full plated meals)

The Royal Luau Buffet $12.25 (100 or more guests) $13.75 (99 or less guests)
A bit of the Hawaiian Islands brought to your wedding on a fully decorated themed buffet consisting of Kalua Pork,
Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken (bone in), Sweet & Sour Meatballs, Steamed Rice, Fruit Salad and Citrus Salad, Guava and
Mango Cake, Citrus Punch and water. Served on disposable serviceware. In Season Fresh Fruit can be added at $1.50
per person. Some Substitutions are allowed please inquire.

The Grand Affair Buffet $21.95 (100 or more guests) $23.75 (99 or less guests)
4 Hors D'Oeuvres of choice, 2 main entrees of choice, 2 sides of choice, 2 vegetables of choice, Salad of choice, rolls
and butter, dessert of choice, beverage of choice. Served on China, stemware and glassware.

Additional packages may be created and priced accordingly with a sales representative. Children under 12
will be discounted 15% off menu price.

Tax and 18% gratuity to be included.

Service on China with stemware, glassware and white linen napkins can be added for an additional $2.00 pp.

Full Service Sit Down can be added for an additional $3.50pp.
