We welcome the opportunity to assist you in all aspects of your catering and banquet needs.

As you scroll down this page, we feel that the following menus cover quite a broad spectrum of styles and
budgets. We strive to offer the most affordable, accommodating and professional catering & banquet
services. We understand that all events are special and therefore unique unto themselves. For this reason we
still find it imperative that you discuss your preferences and needs with someone from our staff.  Catering is a
personal service, therefore your own ideas and suggestions must be considered for a
ny event.

BEFORE YOU BOOK – YOU SHOULD KNOW

Pricing and Minimums
At time of booking we do not require a minimum number of guests. On your contract we will provide two pricing options for you. These
pricing options will be dependent upon your final guest count. Your final guest count will be due 7 days prior to your event and this will be
the final you pay for. This number may be increased up to 24 hours prior to scheduled catering date and will due at the start of your event.
Rest assured that should you have unexpected guests, our catering service always provides for an additional 5 meals above your
booked final number. Also if you are working with a budget per person for meals let us know and we can assist  you in finding that menu
that will work for your budget or we can create a menu for your budget!

Price Changes, Substitutions, Taxes & Gratuities
We reserve the right to adjust any pricing with the market fluctuation as needed. We reserve the right to make any substitutions
necessary on menus with the same quality and quantity if needed due to unforeseen circumstances. Any pricing increase adjustments
will not be made to a signed contract, but will be reflected for our printed and onsite menus and pricing. At the time of inquiry you will be
notified of any price fluctuations. Tax will be added at 7.8%, Gratuity will be added at 18% and a $15 service charge.

Deposits and Payments & Discounts
Our booking policy for catering services requires a non refundable $200 deposit. This deposit amount may be lowered or adjusted by
Sales Manager under certain circumstances. The total final balance less your deposit will be due in full 7 days prior to your event when
your final guest count is due. Our non refundable deposit is catered to make our services more attractive. Other hotels and catering
services require the standard norm deposit of up to 50% with a guaranteed minimum guest count. We believe you should know your
guest attendance closer to your event date and therefore do not require a guest minimum, resulting in you paying for more than can
attend your event. With our non refundable deposit, it saves you money should you need to cancel your event due to unforeseen
circumstances. Any event paid for in full 7 days prior to your date and cancelled are non refundable.  

Menu Selections
We offer a broad range of packages for every event. We also offer our unique “Your Buffet” package which allows you to select from our
menu the entrée, starch, salad, and vegetable of your choice! When you choose a package menu, certain substitutions are allowed as
long they do increase the house price cost of the food and supplies. We will also customize menu for any catering event as needed.  
Your final menu choices must be made 7 days prior to your event.

Children Discounts
We offer children pricing discounts. Any children 12 and under will be deducted 15% off the full price. It should be noted that the children
discounts does results in meal portion adjustments. So please be aware that any attempts at taking the children discounts for more
than the amount of children that will be present at your event, may result in a shortage of food. All meal portions are calculated
accordingly to adults and childrens.

Complimentary Selections
We offer a booking incentive for each catering & banquet event. When you have paid your deposit and your event is booked more than 10
days prior to your event date, we will provide for your event your choice of either complimentary appetizers of spinach dip with breads and
a vegetable and dip platter to be served as your guests arrive OR a complimentary small chocolate fountain with 4 dipping items to be
served after the meal service or during the meal service if you have selected an hors d’oeurves package.

Linens and Napkins
We do provide complimentary white table cloths and white napkins for each event. If you desire colored table cloths, colored napkins,
overlays, table runners, or chair covers, we offer those at an additional fee.

Buffet Services & Cake Service
Our buffet services include china, stemware and glassware. We do allow an additional 10% discount if you would like your event to be
served on nice disposable plates, utensils, napkins, and cups. Our menu pricing is for buffet services, if you are interested in a full sit
down service, there is an additional $3.50 charge included. If you have a cake that will be cut and served at your event and we did not
provide the cake, we do charge a $25.00 cake cutting fee which includes disposable cake plates, forks and cocktail napkins. If we do
provide cake services, then no fee is charged.

Other Services
We also offer cake services, DJ services, Bartending services, photography and video services during your event, and entertainment
luau shows. Please inquire about any additional services.

Spinach Artichoke Dip, Chicken Cashew Grape Mini Croissants, served with water & punch or lemonade.

The Grand Affair Buffet $23.95 pp (100 or more guests)/ $25.95 pp (99 and less guests)
4 Hors D’Oeuvres of Choice, 2 main entrees of choice, 2 sides of choice, 2 vegetables of choice, 2 salads of
choice, rolls & butter, water and  2 drinks of choice,  

The Designer Buffet $8.25 pp (100 or more guests) / $8.95 pp (99 and less guests)
Gourmet Cheese & Crackers, Vegetable & Dip Display, Fresh Fruit Display (in season), One Soup of YOUR
choice, along with 3 additional cold hors d’oeuvres of YOUR choice or 2 additional hot hors d’oeuvres of YOUR
choice and water and lemonade.

The Foreign Affair Buffet $12.50 pp (100 or more guests)/ $13.75 pp (99 and less guests)
3 fabulous food stations! Italian station consisting of pasta and meatballs in marinara sauce, breadsticks and
Caesar salad, Mexican station consisting of chicken fajitas, beans, spanish rice with all condiments and China
station consisting of beef and broccoli, steamed rice, chow mein noodles and fortune cookies, along with water
and lemonade.

The Royal Luau Buffet $13.25pp (100 or more guests) /$15.00 pp (99 and less guests)
A bit of Hawaii brought to you with fully decorated Hawaiian buffet with Kalua Pork, Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken,
Sweet & Sour Meatballs, Steamed Rice, Steamed Veggies, Guava Cake slices, Citrus Punch, rolls, Polynesian
Fruit Salad, Fresh Fruit (in season) and citrus punch and water

The Wedding Breakfast Buffet   $8.25pp (100 or more guests)/ $9.00 pp (99 or less)
Cheese topped scrambled eggs, ham and sausage, country potatoes, fruit bowl with yogurt dip, bagels with cream
cheese, fresh baked cinnamon rolls, your choice of pancakes, crepes or French toast, 4 assorted juices, and

The Father of the Bride Buffet $9.25pp (100 or more guests)/ $10.25 pp (99 or less)
The favored buffet consisting of: Chicken Cordon Bleu, Baby Red Potatoes, Steamed Vegetable Medley, Garden
Salad, Rolls, water and lemonade or punch

The Parents Celebration Buffet $19.25pp (100 or more guests)/ $21.00 pp (99 or less)
Includes all of the following: Chicken Marsala, Sliced Sirloin Beef in mushroom au jus, baby red mashed potatoes,
rice pilaf, parmesan broccoli, steamed carrots, garden salad, pasta salad, rolls and butter, dessert of choice,
water and sparkling punch. Substitutions are allowed and add a seafood, pork or third entrée for $2.25 additional
per person.

The Italian Buffet $8.50pp (100 or more guests)/ $9.25 pp (99 or less)
Includes chicken alfredo, meatball marinara, 2 pastas of choice, caesar salad, breadsticks, spinach artichoke dip,
fresh cheese toppings and water and strawberry lemonade.

Simply Desserts Buffet $5.95pp (150 or more guests)/ $6.95 pp (149 or less)
All desserts buffet: a variety of cheesecakes, cakes, pies, éclairs, fresh fruit (in season) brownies, cookies,  
vegetable platter and dips, fruit tarts
,creampuffs and assorted nuts & chocolates served with water and lemonade.

The Oriental Buffet $8.95pp (100 or more guests)/ $9.75 pp (99 or less)
Beef and Broccoli, Teriyaki Chicken, fried rice & steamed rice, pot stickers, stir fry vegetables in lo mein noodles,

Choice of 2 hot hors d’oeurves and 3 cold hors d’oeurves served with choice of lemonade or punch and water.

“AROUND THE WORLD FOOD STATION BUFFETS”

3 smaller buffet stations set up featuring the Fiesta food of chicken fajitas, refried beans, Spanish rice, corn tortillas,
and chips & salsa, the Italian food of meatball marinara with penne pasta, ceasar salad and breadsticks, and the
Oriental food of beef and broccoli, egg rolls, low mein with vegetables fried rice and fortune cookies. Served with water

We offer special holiday catering menus or you may choose a menu from our normal catering packages and menus.

All our holiday menus are for a minimum of 50 guests and includes a fully decorated holiday buffet, colored
linen napkins, china, stemware, glassware. Sit Down meal service may be added for an additional $3.50 per
person. All taxes and gratuities will be added.

The Traditional Holiday Buffet
$12.95 per person
Includes sliced roast turkey breast with stuffing and gravy, pineapple-apricot glazed sliced ham, choice of mashed or
scalloped potatoes, choice of mixed steamed vegetables or green beans almandine, tossed green salad, cornbread
